Eligibility Criteria

• The candidates should be graduated with BCom in any field.
• Candidates graduating in 2021/2022 batch only
• Should have 55% and above in Graduation

Skills

1. Should be open to signing a 2-year Service Level Agreement at the time of joining
2. Must be flexible to work from any Capgemini location, across technology/domain, and should be flexible to work in shifts
3. Candidates should not have more than 1 year of the gap between XII and Graduation
4. Candidate appeared for XII twice, will be considered provided both the mark sheets are available
5. Candidates should not take more than 3 years to complete graduation in commerce-BCom
6. The candidate should not have any backlog at the time of appearing for the process
7. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the test assessment/selection process
8. The entire Selection process from test to interview will be done in virtual mode
9. Candidates will be responsible for arranging the required infrastructure for the virtual hiring process
