Eligibility Criteria

1. The program is open to women students who are enrolled in a full-time course and meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

Eligibility criteria:
Second/third-year student in a BTech/BE program
Third/fourth-year student in a five-year dual degree program (BTech + MTech, BE + ME)
A first-year student in a two-year MTech/MS/MCA program; or
A second-year student in a three-year MCA program

2. Students must have demonstrated excellence in academic or professional pursuits have a keen interest in the intersection of finance and technology and should be curious to learn more about the firm.

Selection Process

1. Students must submit an online application that includes the following:

A resume that includes the student’s GPA, course of study,
and any record of achievement or distinction.
A self-nomination in which the candidates describe their interest in the opportunity
and/or what makes them a compelling applicant (300 words or less).

1. Students selected to go onto the next round will then undertake an online test covering general aptitude and basic programming questions.
2. Students selected to go onto the final round based on their test results will then be interviewed for final selection.
