Roles & Responsibilities

1. Functionally leads and manages analysts/process, associate/developer pool.
2. Drives performance within teams and ensures client delivery as per SLA
3. Answers to ad hoc queries, working autonomously as an SME for field operations
4. Coach and assist in the development of new team members
5. Ensure compliance with the company policy on confidentiality
6. Work closely with the Lean Digital team for the implementation of Transformation tools
7. Drive Process Improvements & Identifying causes of significant or unusual business trends and variances by conducting research (e.g., run reports, run queries) via client interviews, data verification, and/or transaction-level research.
8. Work hands-on with client business teams independently
9. Make presentations and recommendations to clients on efficient customers, sales, and marketing strategies and tactics
10. Ensure consistent, reliable, quality delivery of all operations across the function.

Salary
