Eligibility Criteria

1. The candidates should be graduated with any BCom/BCA/MCom/CA/CWS/CS Inter in accounting.
2. Fresh graduates of 2021, & 2022 can apply.

Skills

1. Knowledge of accounting cycle & fundamentals
2. Ability to learn and grasp new business processes
3. Working knowledge of AP/AR/GL functions
4. Basic Understanding of Booking & Payment of Invoices
5. Ability to perform account reconciliations
6. Sound knowledge of Excel Functionality and other MS Office tools (Powerpoint/Word)
7. Ability to learn how to use accounting applications and software to analyze transactions and extract reports.
8. Exposure to ERP systems / Reporting tools would be an added advantage
9. Team player – Ability to learn and work in a team.
10. Must have fluent English communication skills (spoken and written);
11. Must have basic planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Research, reconcile, and update financial transactions
2. Processing and posting journal entries for all kinds of transactions.
3. General ledgers as well as balance sheet heads reconciliations.
4. Recording and maintaining various processes related to Accounts Receivable and Payables
5. Processing of invoices for various vendors and their reconciliations.
6. Update transactions details in database/applications
