- Support key projects and solution deliveries across various business processes.
- Customizing existing programs and adding new programs to the SAP-based platform.
- Collaborate with the functional team to offer them technical solutions and resolve issues.
- Provide technical support in the form of troubleshooting the system after it has been delivered.
