Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service through calls, Chats & emails
  2. Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
  3. Build client & domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution in the first conversation
  4. Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) like Customer Satisfaction, Service Level, Handle Time & Customer Effort
  5. Maintain Internal & Client level delivery quality on calls, chats & email conversations
  6. Adhere to Customer Service Attendance & Accountability policies
  7. Execute issue /query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up
  8. Identify, share and support operational improvements
